Since 2001,Chinese media market saw a trend of publication of a number of new financial$economical magazines,all of which try their best to get a win-win result both in terms of marketing and professional reporting. From traditional industry newsletter to market oriented magazine is a substantial in the media field.Dating back to the origin of this trend, one cannot ignore Caijing, the first magazine in the nation to advocate”independence, originality and professionalism”. As the leader among similar media, Caijing has always been the target of imitation and competition of its followers. In the predictable few years, however, Caijing’s will not lose its competitive edge. “Its success can not be repeated ”,said a media practitioner.For media analysts, Caijing provides us a perfect case for study. It is a pity that not a single article has been written on this leading magazine, not only for the marginal status of magazine in the media family,but also for the low key of the Caijing. This article tries to provide a clear and thorough analysis of Caijing from four perspectives:history,operation,core competitiveness and important personages.Through research magazine "Finance" of editing and publishing features, to analyze the "Finance" magazine to become a leader in financial magazines reasons, through its Editorial Features research, from the perspective of a better understanding of editing the magazine’s editor Features. Research published in terms of the characteristics of this study is also the focus. I believe that through study of this article, we can fully understand the "Finance" magazine.
