The object of this paper is about traditional-economical newspaper which have always been commanded in the traditional paper systerm .With the development of the marketing economy in China, traditional-economical newspaper appearance. It is aimed at reporting economic fields which has being playing important role in it. Follow the social marketing advanced, the media has been industrialized, and the new economical newspaper coming into being, traditional-economical newspaper has get into embarrassed circumstances. This article is aimed at this special phenomena, we try to analyse them at all aspects, comprehend the traditional-economical newspaper development actuality., and eventually hope to fine out their predominance and inferior position, in addition, we want to figure out several question ,help them get out of embarrassment., as well as,Combine the posture with direction, compare them with new economical newspaper, make out the continuable interspace of traditional-economical newspaper in the marketing subdivision. Eventually, we attempt to make out of otherness orientation, form particular predominance, and study countermeasure of getting out of predicament. Through analyzing their orientation and maneuver, we suppose to find out characteristic in the different moments, strive to distinguish their cognition and innovation, and locate positive development measure. After pondering the problem and malpractice , we expect opportunity and challenge what they will be faced in the future.
