In China, newspapers about finance and economics are completing hotly presently. These booming finance-and-economics-newspapers, which are represented by China Management, 21~st Century Economics Report, Economics Observing and 1~st Finance &Economics Daily, etc., are different from the traditional ones in aspects such as angel of the news, quality of the content, the operating mode and the employment system. By analyzing developing progress of Chinese finance-and-economics-newspapers and the background of these booming finance-and-economics-newspapers' naissance, together with analyzing some cases of these booming finance-and-economics-newspapers, this thesis has summarized some of their characters and the competing state they are facing. The author hopes to understand the modern Chinese newspapers more deeply at the background of understanding the booming finance-and-economics-newspapers.This thesis can be separated into three parts. In the first part, the author reviews tracks of Chinese finance-and-economics-newspaper's development in the latest twenty years. She also analyses the macroscopically social diathesis of the finance-and economics-newspaper's naissance and development, and then, reason of traditional finance-and-economics-newspaper's comedown is discovered. In the second part, the author mainly analyses the market and the naissance background of the booming finance-and-economics-newspaper, and summarizes their characters and the problems existing now. In the third part, after introducing some of its developing trends and making several elemental estimations to its market, the author points out that by which way the finance-and economics-newspapers can exist better, and how they can have the strongest competitive power.
