The Mrs. Diplomacy as diplomatic language has more attention and acception on the international diplomatic stage along with economic globalization. It likes condiment for the serious diplomatic political activities. What’s more, the attentions from media highlight the dimensions that audiences are focusing on during the new media times. The Chinese leaders deal with complex social environment with new posture. Since Peng Liyuan accompany with Jinping Xi firstly visits Russia on March, 2013, the new Chinese First Lady becomes popular on the international media. Dignity and liberality are often used to describe Peng Liyuan.This paper researches the international media image of Peng Liyuan through the different observe angels of Chinese media. The analyze news are from the Zaobao Internet. The paper firstly builds an analyze frame for media image with three levels based on the news frame theory. The three levels are macroscopic, madhyamaka and microscopic. Then we research the news about Peng Liyuan. Our analysis mainly contains three aspects which are theme frame, language structure frame and image frame. Our paper mainly researches the verbal and non-verbal symbol in the image frame. These parts are also the basic for the research that about the female beauty in the east.The news about the female beauty in the east is researched through two parts. The first one is Chinese element. The other one is female element. These researches are on the foundation of Chinese traditional culture. These are also the beauty from Peng Liyuan. The image of the First Lady is a successful case in the international image shaping. It becomes an important factor for increasing the Chinese image in the international society. It also increase the competitive power on the world at the same time.This paper is based on news and communication, and researches on the foundation of sociology and imagology. With the theory and analyze, we give some suggestions for news about Chinese image and leaders’ image on the news report. What’s more, we hope this research will be good for Chinese culture broadcast through the world. And Chinese culture will be popular in the international culture through news. It’s better for the promotion of Chinese image.
