The mixed-model distribution of refrigerator door is one of the key parts of refrigerator assembly line. Aiming at this problem, the simulation research on logistics distribution system of the refrigerator assembly line has been carried out in this paper, including the scheduling strategy of the mixed-model distribution of the refrigerator door, the verification of the operation status and the mechanical structure of the logistics system. The main objective of this simulation is to solve the bottleneck problem of the production line at the design stage and to shorten the debugging time at the construction stage. The paper is structured as follows:1. The system structure of the mixed-model delivery line of refrigerator door has been analyzed, including the components and the functions of every functional module. Besides, the structure and the working style of the main machines were also studied.2. The simulation system of the logistics distribution of the refrigerator door assembly line was established based on Demo3 D. The parameters of the simulation models were set and the trigger program of the main models was also developed. The scheduling strategy and the bottleneck problem of the mixed-model delivery were analyzed, including the storage strategy of the storage tracks, the in/out strategy of the spreader and the bottleneck problem during distribution.3. The scheduling algorithms of the in/out strategy were designed and the solution of the bottleneck problem was put forward. The electric simulation of some key parts, including the dividing and the correspondence of electric relation of the functional modules, has been conducted to validate the electric control program.4. The simulation results of the system were introduced and analyzed, including the simulation analysis of the turnout’s structure, the analysis of the simulation results of the assembly line and the out scheduling.
