Under the market situation that notebook computers are increasingly becoming people's demand for office work,the market demand for rotating shaft,as an important part of notebook computers,is also increasing.In this thesis,the e-axis assembly line of Z company is taken as the research object,the problems in the production process are identified,and the basic industrial engineering theory is used to improve the assembly line,so as to reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency of the company.This thesis first summarizes the current situation of the shaft assembly line,and analyzes the production process of the current assembly line,and then uses Flex Sim to simulate the operation of the assembly line and identify the bottleneck station.Finally,the existing problems of the shaft assembly line are summarized and analyzed,which are insufficient capacity,unbalanced work load and low balance rate of the assembly line.Then,this thesis will put forward specific improvement plan for the problems existing in the shaft assembly line.Firstly,based on the 5W1 H method,the ECRS principle is applied to optimize the assembly process;secondly,the action factors of the bottleneck process are analyzed according to the action economy principle,and the model scheduling method is used to determine the standard operation time of the bottleneck process;then the 0-1 linear programming mathematical model is established to solve the minimum number of stations to improve the efficiency of the existing assembly line Finally,the improvement effect of assembly line is analyzed through modeling and simulation.This thesis analyzes the improvement effect of shaft assembly line from three aspects of capacity,man hour utilization rate and balance rate.After the improvement,the average man hour utilization rate of each station of the assembly line is increased by 20.02%,the production beat is shortened by 2.46 seconds,the daily production capacity is increased by 1070,and the balance rate of the assembly line is increased by24.7%.Through the improvement of the shaft assembly line,the work load of each station is more balanced,the balance rate of the assembly line is significantly improved,and the shaft output of the company is greatly increased,which has met the target requirements.This study will provide some reference for other enterprises to solve similar production line problems.This thesis has 22 figures,26 tables and 73 references.
