With the proposal of Made in China 2025,it has become an important goal of production modernization to explore logistics potential and improve the level of production logistics system while improving the performance of production and processing equipment.Equipment manufacturing industry is an industry that provides basic and strategic technical equipment for various fields of national economy and national defense construction.Its development level affects the development of national economy,especially the development of industry.As a big manufacturing country,the main problem in China is that the inefficient logistics system can not adapt to the efficient production and manufacturing system.Therefore,improving the level of production and logistics system is an important factor in the development of manufacturing enterprises in China.As an important branch of manufacturing industry,the development level of rail transit equipment manufacturing industry has a direct impact on the comprehensive competitiveness of the country.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the level of production logistics system of rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprises in China.As a complex product of high-speed EMU bogie,its assembly quality and assembly efficiency have a significant impact on the whole life cycle of high-speed EMU.This paper takes the production logistics system of assembly line of CRH2 high-speed EMU bogie assembly workshop as the research object,builds the model based on Petri net,and verifies the correctness of the Petri net model of the system through PIPE software.Then the Petri net model is transformed into Witness simulation model.Through the analysis of simulation test results,the bottleneck problem affecting the production efficiency of bogie assembly line production logistics system is found,and the optimization heuristic manual search method is used to balance and optimize it.In order to ensure the effect of balanced optimization,the priority principle of ranking weight and the principle of maximum candidate method are selected to optimize the balanced optimization,and the results are verified on the simulation platform.In order to ensure the optimization effect of assembly line balancing,the linear programming method is used to analyze the optimization effect synchronously.The following research work has been carried out in this paper:(1)The research status of production logistics system modeling,simulation and optimization of assembly line balance at home and abroad is summarized.Combining with bogie assembly line production logistics system,the related theories of production logistics system modeling,simulation and optimization of balance are summarized.(2)In view of the advantages and disadvantages of Petri nets and Witness in product flow system modeling and simulation,the production logistics system is studied by combining Petri nets and Witness,which integrates the advantages of both and can better model and simulate the production logistics system.(3)In view of many literatures,only after modeling and simulation analysis of production logistics system,the bottleneck problems are found,or suggestions for improvement are put forward,but the Optimization Research on them is not enough.Therefore,this paper compares and analyses three different assembly line balancing optimization methods: linear programming method,genetic algorithm and heuristic algorithm,and then chooses heuristic algorithm to balance and optimize the production logistics system of bogie assembly workshop assembly line.(4)In order to ensure the effect of balanced optimization,the traditional heuristic algorithm is optimized and improved,and the priority principle of ranking weight and the maximum candidate method in the heuristic manual search method are used to optimize the system respectively.By comparing the optimization effect of the two optimization principles,and the relevant indicators before the optimization of the assembly line in the bogie assembly workshop of a case enterprise are compared.By comparison,the effectiveness of the two optimization principles for the balance optimization of bogie assembly line is verified on the simulation platform.In order to ensure the effect of assembly line balancing optimization,linear programming method is used to analyze the optimization effect synchronously.
