The intelligent early warning system of vehicle fault has become an essential part of the automobile safety link, and its demand is also growing.Most automobile manufacturers only provide a standard OBD-II interface, is not equipped with a vehicle terminal. And the existing vehicle diagnostic terminal based on the Linux and other embedded operating system development, the existence of hardware need to design separately, and the structure is complex, the development of difficult, high cost.In order to improve the existing vehicle defects in fault and service system, in full consideration of the advantages of Android smartphones: more and more use number, powerful CPU, comes with a variety of hardware resources, easy to connect network and humanized operation interface, the design and implementation of the based on Android smartphone vehicle fault warning and service system.The system through a Bluetooth ELM327 chip of OBD diagnostic seat with the car’s ECU system information interaction is completed, ECU return vehicles operating parameters and fault information, according to the parameters reported a number, make a diagnosis and alarm. The owner can view car running status, 4S shop position through the the system, intelligent fault warning, LBS location information service, management of vehicle information, driver information, and maintenance records information.The main chapters of this paper:Chapter 1, introduction, first of all outlines the background and significance of the research, analyzes the current vehicle fault warning and service system development status, and to the domestic and foreign research status were reviewed in this paper.
