Android operating system has been widely used in smart devices upon on its open source and user-friendly. In recent years, smart wearable devices running Android operating system have been developed rapidly. Smart watch, smart bracelet and Google Glass have been developed, giving people much more experiences. Smart wearable devices are mostly equipped with Android system, but also have Bluetooth communication. These devices can communicate with smart phone and transmit pictures, video, files and other functions via the Bluetooth protocol. The paper researches on Bluetooth remote control function based on the Android system. Through the establishment of the Bluetooth connection, smart watch can transmit data with smart phone. Through the definition of the data structure, achieving the distinction between ordinary data and control information, furthermore, achieving the function of remote control. In order to guarantee the security of data transmission, data encryption algorithm is applied to the field of communications. Based on the analysis of the existing encryption algorithms and considering security and encryption efficiency, the paper choice RC4 and RSA mixed encryption method to encrypt data. The paper applies the remote control function to an application, running on GEAR smart watch and smart phone based on Android. So that the watch can preview data collected by the phone and control the smart phone to take pictures.
