With the development of information technology, the new diversified bred learning,mobile learning will be modern dispersed, discontinuous, fragmented time effectively integrate them to meet people living and working needs. Mobile network technology matures, cheap mobile terminal device and a broad social demand for the development of mobile learning provides a very favorable conditions.Digital Learning and mobile computing combine to produce a mobile learning, a dozen years ago has been proposed mobile learning was limited in all aspects of hardware and software resources and slow development. With the development of mobile technology in recent years, mobile communication terminals and technology are already quite mature, have restricted the movement of learning issues are gradually resolved, and gradually began to effective implementation. In order to meet the demand for mobile devices in a timely study, the author proposes the design and implementation of Android-based mobile learning system.This paper according to the actual situation of colleges and universities, combined with smart client development, real-time streaming media synchronization transmission technology, the Android platform can be used for mobile learning system selection of curriculum content, online video, online testing, online answering function based on the application in college teaching, in order to effectively solve the students quality structure of university education teaching is complex, learning content, practicability and pertinence problems demanding, the difference in various regions of knowledge and skills.Android-based mobile learning system using C / S architecture, users can access the system via a mobile terminal or computer. User through the installation at the customer’s mobile device client access, truly can learn anytime, anywhere. The system uses a server-side ASP.NET platform development, database management software using SQL2005. This system uses the mobile terminal Eclipse + JDK platform, using Andrews SDK4.2 development, UI to control the use of XML, the XML backend database for storage. Given the current field of mobile operating systems, Android operating system accounted for more than half of the share, and the proportion should continue to increase, so the system uses the client to develop Android-based systems.Users install the client software for mobile devices, you can easily learn the course,including the view of university information, professional and dynamic college recruiting. Finally, in the simulator and the real machine demonstrated excellent client interaction effect, the tests show that the system can function properly.
