The modernization of meteorological information is the important foundation and safeguard of our country national economy sustained, healthy and stable development, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, and part of the industrial, military and other has very important significance, has strict requirements on the function, cost, reliability and stability properties. This paper presents the research and design of meteorological data monitoring data sensing unit commitment in a set of design can be applied to hard remote, sparsely populated areas and low price, good stability, complete functions of monitoring system.This paper mainly includes the following aspects1.The design of the meteorological data monitoring system of the data sensor terminal, according to the system needs, select the appropriate microprocessor, design the corresponding sensor, communication interface, etc.. Including: MCU, power module, reset module, clock circuit, JTAG/SWD debug download interface, sensor interface, RS232 interface and interface design.2.The design of the entire program, the program uses a modular design, easier to understand and debug. The entire program in addition to the main program and eight parts: system initialization subroutine, timer initialization subroutine, time delay subroutine, serial communication subroutine, temperature data acquisition subprogram, rainfall data acquisition subprogram, wind speed data acquisition subprogram and humidity data mining anthology program.3.The software of C# is designed by Win Form application software on the VS software platform, and simulates the data of temperature, rainfall, wind speed and humidity..4.The hardware and software of the data acquisition sensor and the PC are tested in detail, and the monitoring of temperature, rainfall, wind speed and humidity is realized..Test results show that the meteorological data monitoring system, the main controller of the sensor is based on STM32F103RET6 chip of high performance and low power consumption Cortex-M3 kernel, with peripheral circuit to complete the temperature, rainfall, wind speed and relative humidity data acquisition and temperature, rainfall, wind speed and humidity data in the format of data frame transmitted to the host computer through the serial port to realize the meteorological data acquisition, display and storage, meteorological information monitoring system to meet the design requirements of the basic functions.
