The Study On Psychological Interpretation In Crime Reports

In recent years, many social psychological problems caused many social events, which prompted the media and the public to give more attention to the psychological problems. News reports and television news programs also involved more and more mental content and most of them are psychological interpretation. "Psychological interpretation" is that the news reports analyze and interpret the criminal facts from the psychological perspective or by using the psychology knowledge. This paper only studies the psychological interpretation of crime reports. Psychological interpretation of crime reports, on the basis of criminal psychology knowledge, analyzes the reason of crime, crime motive, crime psychological changes, and gives guidance about psychological problems, which makes report rigorous, profound and professional.This paper, which is based on criminal psychology knowledge and makes the crime reports of southern weekend as the research object, combined with the literature research, text analysis and case analysis, has carried on the analysis to the structure and the method of psychological interpretation in the crime reports. This article sums up that the crime reports of southern weekend has carried on the psychological interpretation from the criminal personality, the family and social background of personality formation, crime motive, the changes and development of crime psychology, psychological counseling and so on. The crime reports analyze and interpret the criminal facts by the way that the criminal directly tell the reason, by using the professional criminal psychology knowledge to interpret the criminal facts, by reporting expression and language behavior to express the psychology, by mining environmental background to analysis of the personality, by various citation and combined report to interpret the criminal facts comprehensively. At the same time, the study found that the crime reports have some problems, and has carried on the analysis and summary about the problems, and put forward the corresponding solution strategies, in order to make the psychological interpretation of crime reports better in the future.
