The Framework Study Of The Crime Report Of Southern Weekend

Crime news is an important category of news reporting, it is closely related to social stability, personal life and property safety.The media and public is very concerned about it.As a middle organization to guide public opinion,media has the responsibility and obligation of coordinating social contradictions.Because the media practitioners of literacy and media's survival problems,crime news report has been questioned by the public.It exists media trial, the criminal suspect rights infringement, entertainment, cause the problems such as imitation crime, also often causes extensive discussions of the public and academic circles. Southern Weekend is a domestic influential media. Crime news report is an important part of Southern Weekend.Through the research of the crime news reports framework,we can know its reported problems,improve the way of its reporting and summarize its advantages and problems in the process of reporting.In this paper,with the crime news reports in 2011 of the Southern Weekend as the research sample,I use frame analysis method,mainly through collating media news sources,types,subjects and report topics,news pictures,summarize the framework of the Southern Weekend news crime reports.Its news framework has the following characteristics.It has a wide range of news sources, but the main source of news is through its own media interviews.Its news coverage is given priority to with text, pictures is complementary.Its genre is mainly communication coverage.Its framework focuses on the theme of the infringement of citizens' democratic rights of person and embezzlement and bribery.The angle of its framework mainly includes the progress of the event and the angle of the cause analysis.But there are also some problems in the report, such as the angle of subject and report imbalance; sources are not clear, there is less direct quotation reference.
