With the development of industrial automation, there has been a large number of brands of controllers, however, different brands of products is hard to collaborative work. So, many automation vendors do a lot of work to uniform standards, and OPC technology emerges. OPC technology is Microsoft’s standard, which has been supported by mostly automation, it connects the application software and many brands of field devices, which can work in a unified system. According to this, a set of OPC-based PC elevator group control system will be developed. The system is based on OPC communication interface, program with C# language based on NET, complete PC development of the elevator group control system, statistics operation rules of the elevator, approximate calculation fitness of ministries elevator response target layer, optimizing the group of elevator control, reducing the average waiting time for passengers.This article contains information exchange between a group of ladder management systems and OPC Server, intelligent algorithm based on statistics elevator group control system, storage of PC control systems and critical information.By debugging online, we can use a group of ladder management systems to control field devices through the OPC Server, this system enables elevator runs accurately. In the peak period,elevator can standby at the respective layers, reducing the average waiting time of passengers. By using OPC technology, NET platform is combined with field devices, which reaches the stop management of the complex management information systems to underlying device. After programmers mastering C # and OPC techniques, they can immediately Applied the system to various brands of equipment, in order to facilitate the management of a large number of brands of equipment, which makes the system have a higher value on versatility and practicality.
