Abstract/Summary:
Elevator is important mean of transportation in modern high building.The elevator develops from the earliest monomer to elevator group with very rapid development.The first elevator control is independent of the elevator control,and elevator parallel structure was adopted to realize the multiple elevator control allocations with low intelligence.Now,the elevator control systems are developed to intelligent elevator control system applied in different environments,and produced a variety of realize intelligent elevator group control algorithm,which can reduce energy consumption more effectively on the basis of the elevator group control and distribution of commands.Elevator intelligent control system is investigated in this paper.Firstly,the significant domestic,development situation and process of elevator control system are analyzed.Then,related content of single ladder elevator control system has been studied,including the principle of the elevator system and various components.The working principle of a single ladder system,speed control system,speed control device of choice,single elevator speed control system for the speed curve and the remaining distance calculation parameters,such as in-depth analysis are studied.In terms of the elevator group control,the related content of elevator group control system is analyzed.The basic concepts,the composition,the characteristics and the evaluation index of performance of the elevator group control system are studied.And three kinds of method commonly used of elevator group control intelligence were further studied.Finally,the elevator group controls algorithm and the structure of the elevator group control system is studied.In order to achieve an optimization design for elevator group control system,based on fuzzy control theory,parameters of the elevator group control system are analyzed and optimized.The elevator allocation method based on fuzzy control algorithm is emphatically analyzed and process of simulation are given.Along with the continuous renewal of the theory,the development of membership function and the development of the algorithms,the algorithms has important applications in elevator group control system,which have the advantages of simple and feasible.In terms of the elevator group control,fuzzy control algorithm has great advantage in this respect,which can not be made by establishing a precise mathematical model to realize the optimization of input control design.Based on this model,the four performance indicators as the performance of the elevator group performance including the passengers’ waiting time,passengers’ taking time,probability of elevator energy consumption and passengers’ waiting for long time are taken as performance of the elevator group performance comprehensive index evaluation function.In addition,depending on the traffic model,fuzzy control algorithm of input uplink,downlink traffic passenger flow between the floor and the proportion of each passenger flow and enter the membership value of each traffic model for the traffic pattern recognition simulation are discussed.The results demonstrated that the design of the elevator group control based on fuzzy control theory can effectively improve the elevator group performance,reduce energy consumption.Also,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are very strong,which can be applied to a well design and guide the elevator group operation.
