With the progress of science and technology and the continuous development of urbanization,high-rise and intelligent buildings as the symbol of modern cities continue to emerge.Elevator as a vertical equipment of transport bears the transportation of the flow of people and logistics,its role in the building is essential.So it is very meaningful to study the elevator control.Along with the improvement of the quality of life,more demanding on the performance of the elevator is also increasing,such as simple operation,comfortable nature,low energy consumption and so on.Elevator control system has experienced rapid development,from the original single elevator control,relatively complex elevator parallel operation control,then to the intelligent control of multiple elevators.The development of elevator control technology can effectively improve the stability of the elevator control system,greatly improving the user's experience.Firstly the development process and research status of elevator control technology was introduced and the basic principle and structure of the elevator control system was analyzed.Using PLC S7-1200 and TIA Portal fully integrated development environment,the operating environment of the elevator control system was set up.Through modular programming and detailed analysis of the important modules,a single elevator control program was designed by PLC.Secondly,the parallel scheduling algorithm was studied,which was realized by the program according to the principle of the fastest response.At the same time,the running state of the elevators was monitored with TIA Portal WINCC,including the elevator position,call signal registration,alarm status,elevator priority scheduling.According to the running state of the elevator,the elevator control system can be operated correctly and efficiently.Then,the elevator group control system was studied based on the design of single elevator control and parallel operation of two elevators.The different traffic modes and the common control methods of the group control system were briefly introduced.Based on its complex characteristics of uncertainty,nonlinearity,disturbance and multi-objective,the control system was dealt with multi-objective programming.Because the elevator group control system was difficult to model,using fuzzy logic the membership function of main factors influence the optimization target was constructed,and based on detailed analysis of the BP neural network structure and algorithm principle,a BP neural network model for the membership as input and comprehensive evaluation index as output was established.The neural network was trained and tested by the MATLAB,and then the optimized weight coefficients were obtained.Finally,the program was given in practical simulation platform constructed by PLC.Combined with the monitoring picture,the simulation of the elevator group scheduling algorithm was carried out.Through the analysis of the running data,the validity and feasibility of the application of group scheduling algorithm in the actual PLC was verified.
