Research And Achievement On Remote Monitoring System Of Model TSW2500 Shortwave Transmitter

As a national powerhouse,radio transmitting station is charged with the important task of transmitting broadcast program transmission. Most of the shortwave station staffs are working at high frequency, high noise and high temperature environments by years very hard, broadcast accidents caused by human misoperation occurs frequently. Therefore, they need remote monitoring system urgently.The purpose of this paper is analyzing and researching the model 500 KW TSW2500 shortwave transmitters remote monitoring system, and implement major functions. First of all, I design the overall scheme of the system from the needs of the remote monitoring system.Then with the analyzing and researching of the shortwave transmitter’s whole structure and controlling system,the software system,the LAN system,and end with the testing of remote monitoring and controlling functions. The major functions of the system are: remote monitoring the data of the transmitting station, remote controlling starting and shutting of the station, automatic reporting, fault alarm,delivering the diagrams,substituting broadcast operations etc. Effectively reducing the intensity of the work and improve the safety and reliability of transport emission work is the final purpose.In addition, we also carried out several aspects of system security, anti-interference and lightning studies, discussed the scheme to the questions mentioned above.
