In recent years,automation control technology,communication and network technology,computer control technology were rapidly developed,and these technologies have been applied in the monitoring system of equipment running status in most industry field.In the field of radio and television industry,the monitoring and management of the transmitter becomes more and more strict.The traditional manual monitoring method is faced with the problems of low efficiency,difficult centralized management,inconvenient maintenance and so on.Therefore,radio and television transmitter remote monitoring system are to be introduced,so as to realize the remote monitoring and management of all kinds of transmitter in radio and television transmitter.In this essay,Monitor 1kW TV transmitter produced by Jizhao company,1kW FM transmitter produced by Kaiteng company,RVR 1kW FM transmitter in Fujian provincial radio and TV transmitting station will be the monitoring examples,the construction will be divided into several parts.In the first part,the distributed control theory will be applied,thus to make a reasonable plan of a transmitter acquisition and control system,and to specify the tasks of host-computer,PLC and data servers in system.The functional requirements of the core control unit will be tested and analyzed in this part,including the control of power supply low voltage,the transmitter interface protocol and so on.The second part is based on the analysis results,an acquisition controller is invented by applying the W77E58 SCM,and this device can be applied to different kinds of transmitters.At the same time?a reasonable process for control transmitter have been developed,so as to realize the collection of accurate data of transmitter,achieve automatic operation function of automatic switch machine and star-up spare machine.In the third part,the network communication mode based on TCP/IP is applied,in order to complete the data communication between the transmitter and the monitoring platform.Taking advantages of Browser/Server and Client/Server to provide a effective solution for data storing,data inquiring and data sharing,therefore to achieve the remote monitoring of the transmitter in the monitoring platform.The last part is to construct a remote monitoring platform system,design the platform system software,and make a technological process plan of data transmission,data analysis and data storage.Analyzing all the collection data,order data,alarm data and so on,complete the comprehensive process of all data by utilizing the program thought of configuration unified definition.Based on the design of the "queue" data flow processing,plan out the process of data flow scientifically,therefore to achieve real-time wording state data of transmitter and issuing instructions to remote control transmitter in remote monitoring system.The research and realization of this system will comprehensively grasp the transmitter operating parameters and working status in the Fujian Province,improve the work efficiency of the monitoring transmitter,enhance the transmitter equipments management level in higher department,and promptly eliminate hidden dangers of accidents.On base of these,the efficiency of transmitter broadcasting can be ensured?and a favorable conditions for program safety broadcast in Fujian radio and TV transmitting station is secured.
