With the in-depth development of industrial intelligence,the ever-expanding scale of enterprises,and the continuous improvement of technological level,the types of tools are gradually developing in the direction of high,precision,and sharpness,and the cost and tool base of tools are also increasing.The traditional manual management model has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises.How to make tool management implement informationization,intelligence and centralized management has become a key research issue for enterprises.This thesis analyzes the current status of tool management in the workshop,and designs and implements a series of problems such as frequent loss of tools on the shop floor,complicated borrowing and returning process,long time for tool inventory,and difficulty in condemning tool loss Set up an RFID-based workshop intelligent tool management system.The system is mainly divided into two parts: intelligent terminal equipment(intelligent tool cart)and remote management system.As the intelligent terminal of the system,the intelligent tool vehicle is also the focus of this study.Its core is the realization of human-computer interaction interface and the design of the hardware control circuit of the tool vehicle.The human-computer interaction interface is realized through the Android operating system.The hardware circuit mainly includes the Cortex-A17 kit development board,the RFID reader control module,the lock control board control circuit,and other peripheral circuits.The intelligent tool cart has the characteristics of tool track management,automatic real-time upload of tool borrowing and returning records,rapid implementation of tool inventory,and overdue unreturned alarms.It realizes intelligent management of on-site tools,thereby improving production efficiency,simplifying borrowing and returning methods and bad parts Reporting methods to reduce the labor inventory of workers.The remote management system adopts B/S structure,uses ASP.NET as the system development framework,and uses Java Script scripting language to develop.It realizes the function of querying the intelligent tool cart in real time through the browser in the mobile device,making it easy for managers to obtain the first-line workshop The operation data of the intelligent tool cart keeps the tool in a controllable state to the greatest extent and minimizes the loss of tools,thereby reducing the loss of assets and the cost of enterprises.The intelligent tool management system realizes intelligent management of tool borrowing,checking,reporting and other functions by combining software and hardware.After actual engineering tests,the system has achieved good results.It meets the design requirements in terms of RFID reading and writing accuracy,human-computer interaction friendliness,toolloan and inventory response speed,etc.,which improves the efficiency of workshop tool management and thus guarantees the enterprise The efficient and safe production has a positive effect.
