With the increasing fierce market competition, digital and intelligent manufacturing has become a new challenge and development trend in the global manufacturing industry. The manufacturing workshop of the rapid development of the traditional management model is no longer applicable. This will inevitably lead to the workshop management toward the network, intelligent direction of development. In view of the development trend of network and intelligence of manufacturing industry,based on the mobile Internet and intelligent mobile terminal technology, we design and implement the workshop management system in this thesis. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development and improve the efficiency of workshop management. The whole system is divided into two parts: the client and the server.The data collection server uses the technology of the thread pool to realize real-time data acquisition of NC lathe, packs the data and sends to the database server through the network. The database server is to store the data. In order to facilitate the future extension, we design the synchronization of the master and slave. The web server acts as a medium for the interaction between the client and the database, verifies the request parameters of the client and packs the data returned from the database. Finally,We design the push server in order to grasp the failure state of the workshop in time.The push server monitors the database according to the fault message. When the fault data is found, the fault message is sent to the client in real time.By this way, managers can make decisions in time to reduce production loss.The client includes two intelligent mobile terminal APP software running in Android and iOS system, to display the production status of the lathe by reading data from the database. The data is displayed as graph so that managers can grasp the lathe status clearly and stronger readability. In order to display the real-time status, the client also provides the function of fault analysis and efficiency statistics. So that, the workshop managers can make better decisions. In order to cope with the possible failure and improve production efficiency, the client receives real-time pushed messages and warnings.
