Campus Information Management System On Mobile Terminal

With the development of the scale of high schools, campus information is alsomore and more abundant. However, the way the college students and campus staff canget different campus information is only the campus notice or college website. Theresulted result is neither the students nor the staff can know the information timely afterit is announced, which makes it very difficult for the students and teachers to get theinformation about the school, including the teaching plans and the curriculum.Therefore, an intelligent campus information management system is quite necessary andurgent. It can not only provide overall information inquiry, wizard, comprehensivemanagement for the teachers and students, but also make the modern style and featuresof the college known to the public to reveal the digitization and informatization of thecollege.This paper discusses the background of the campus information managementsystem, and analyzes the present situation of the campus information managementsystem at home and abroad. Combining with the actual situation of the university, itfurther describes the key technology of the campus management system in details whichis based on mobile terminal, makes an overall design of the whole structure of thesystem, complets the whole development of the system and puts it into trial operation inthe end. The main working contents are as follows:1. Conducts feasible study and requirements investigation for the project, anddetermine the scope and consolidation planning for the system, in view of the actualbusiness of the campus information management system on MT.2. Completes the background module design of the campus informationmanagement system on Mobile Terminal (MT), the terminal foreground module designand database design; Presents the overall structure of the system.3. Lays out and tests the run of the system, investigates and analyzes the endusers’ feedback, summarizes some experience of the system application, and points outthe developing direction in the future.
