With the E-mail play an increasingly important role in the production and livingactivities, people gradually need the E-mail being moving nature and real-time. People inorder to realize the goal of anytime and anywhere can receiving and sending E-mail,combine3G mobile communications and embedded technology, so make the clientprogram of E-mail be transplant to embedded3G mobile terminals, propose PushMail thisone new concept.This paper propose a new PushMail system solutions, design PushMail push emailsystem server based on the design of push notification service module. This program willsupport the timely receipt of e-mail function and send email function to solve the previousPushMail system can only using mobile terminals to receive and read e-mail push over, donot support sending e-mail directly to the mobile terminal cause user’s inconvenience.Design the PushMail client based on Android operating system platform. As the basedon Android mobile operating platform to connect using IP POLL persistent way, byconstantly sending heartbeat packet to connected the Push server, and keep the mobileterminal a fixed IP address, this way consuming unnecessary flow and valuable electricity.In such it’s flaw design on a new type of non-persistent connection scheme. The programrelative to the IP POLL persistent connections in a way to save flow and power, through acomparative assessment, the new scheme can effectively save the flow and power. After acomprehensive assessment, system achieve the desired function, while also can save powerand flow to achieve the expected goal.
