From the trend of current IC(Integrated Circuit) technology, the serial communication interface speed is becoming faster and faster, so that the traditional design method is not suitable.Signal integrity, as a cross subject, which combined with microwave, circuit design, PCB design as well as the time domain and frequency domain measurement technology emphasize on solving the signal integrity problem caused by increasing transmission rate. The thesis research HDMI video interface circuit system design related signal integrity problems based on related thoery and modeling, simulation, measurement method by a typical HDMI design expample. The major work of the thesis including the following aspects:1. Design the high speed PCB for HDMI system, research related signal integrity problems including re?ection, timing, crosstalk, and differential line match etc. The HDMI high speed system method and optimization method was proposed ?nally.2. Analyze HDMI interface serial links architecture, including driver package, PCB, connector, cable, receiver and so on. Study the physical and electrical characteristic and modeling method including measuring, 3D simulation and linear theory in practical. The serial link eye diagram was got by channel simulation and compared to measurement result.3. Research power integrity design theory including capacitor and power plane physical characteristic study and simulation, base on which HDMI power network desigh and optimization method was proposed. The typical HDMI expample system power plane frequency domain impedance was evaluated by simulation ?nally.4. Setup the test bench and measure the system performance including PCB trace impendace,data driver eye diagram, and power noise immunity. Compare the measurement and simulation result, research system optimization direction base on the measuement result, and choose the best system paramters.
