Design And Implementation Of Dalian City Intelligent Traffic Management System

With the rapid development of automobile industry after the reform and opening up, the problem of lack of city capacity is becoming more and more serious. To solve this problem, we must vigorously develop the intelligent transportation system. The advantages of this system, is embodied in the intelligent traffic management system, which command effectively in city traffic command and management, scheduling and reasonable treatment of emergency. It comprehensive and strict monitoring the traffic situation, administrative status, the vehicle stations and even drivers, which can effectively predict the traffic management, timely and reasonable allocate resources to optimize this system, it has a very important position in the ITS system.This paper firstly analysis of the current situation of the research and development of city ITS from the topic background and the significance, then introduces the main technology used in the Dalian City intelligent transportation management platform, including the MVC three layer design pattern, Apache HTTP Server technology, MySQL database technology, PHP technology etc.. Secondly, combined with the overall planning of Dalian City intelligent traffic, thoroughly discussed in four aspects, such as the needs of the project, project design, system implementation, system testing. The project design refers to the design of the system architecture, database, system function division; system realization including the coding standards and data access of the system; system testing including test environment, test system, test case design and test results. Finally, the paper summary on the research design and implementation of the program and have a outlook.The main goal of this paper is to Dalian City as the study area, planning city traffic design program consistent with the city traffic situation, establish and improve city traffic control and management system in reasonable, simple and efficient. Coordinate the ‘vehicle-road – people’ relationship by implementation of traffic information, reference services, traffic safety, guide services, customized services and other functions to ease the traffic pressure of large and medium-sized city, has the important practical significance and reference value to construct the harmonious traffic.
