Design And Implementation Of Road Transportation Management Information System For Fujian Province

The introduction of computer technology in highway management begins in the ninety’s of last century. Firstly it is single operation, and later with the local network,the business scope is beginning from single business to a comprehensive business management. At present, a large number of business systems are often only pay attention to a specific business. It lacks of the overall business of road transport grasp,the information sharing is poor, making the efficiency of the construction of information technology is slow. With the gradual transition of the road transport management functions, in order to well meet the new requirements of the road transport management,development a highway management information system with the information of "person, vehicle, households, station, line" is based. It will updates the data completely.And it is in high quality and real time.This paper develops a set of highway management information system according to the actual needs of the road transportation in Fujian province.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. According to the demand of Fujian Province road transportation, the paper puts forward the construction goal and the system demand in function. The non functional requirements of the system design are described, and the feasibility of the system is analyzed.2. According to the requirements of the system, the overall structure and network architecture are designed.3. In this paper, I participated in the system management, passenger management subsystem analysis and employee management design. They include use case analysis,database table design and the design of the sequence diagram.4. This article carries on the realization of the passenger transport management subsystem. At first, it introduces the hardware environment and the network deployment,and then it is the main function module realization.5. Finally, the function test of passenger transport management subsystem is carried out, and the results of the test are summarized.At present, the road transportation system has been put into use in Fujian Province.The use of the system enhances the service level of road transport administration. The system provides a convenient and accurate business management.The service complaints, transportation transportation information query channels and means are provided. The system integrates transport transportation business data, realize data sharing and exchange in centralized, efficient and real-time.
