The agile management is a new significant to seek the method for solve this problem.Now the agile management is an idea in fact, in the software development agile management practice; base on this, the people proposed some practical management, like extreme programming (XP), feature driver development (FDD),auto-adapted software development (ASD) and so on. But the above software development agile management is emphasizes the development technology method management, and neglected the group team's leadership and the development process's integrity. In addition, the feasibility is deficient.In view of the present of domestic and foreign, the author of this article proposed that we must have to solve two problems in order to implement agile management in software performance: the first is strengthens the agile management must be operational, distinct the primary and the secondary in constructing the management control point. And this will causes that the administrative can manage the projects with the effective agile management; the second is strengthens the process of the software development, carry out the principles of the agile management method to the whole process of the software development, but not only the technology management, it can integrity the personal management and the technology management. The author analysis thoroughly the two questions from the practiced aspects and the theory aspects and proposed practical feasible solution.Firstly, this thesis conducted the comprehensive thorough research to the agile management theory, and joins the team management into the agile management. In this time, the author proposed that in the agile management developed the strategy the design main point, and designed one practical feasible software development cycle according to the above the main point, the author to develops cyclical each link, includes aspect and so on demand management, issue plan, iteration division, duty assignment, design and realization, track as well as approval test carries on the detail thorough theory analysis. Secondly, the author applied these theory principles and the method in the EOMS item practice, proposed the very strongly operationally practical the method. Finally, the author carried on the conclusion to the full text, carried on the review to oneself in the innovation viewpoint, and threaded up the subject, solved the two questions proposed in the agile management application that is the operational and the entire process.
