In this paper, the traditional detection methods and the existing gradation detection schemes based on image processing are studied in detail, and analysis of the shortcomings of these detection schemes. And then, based on the digital image processing and machine vision technology, in-depth to explore the feasibility of the new scheme. Finally, according to the actual situation that the actual construction site need to simultaneously detect multiple gradation, the paper is put forward a new detection of aggregate gradation scheme that based on multi vision and image processing technology.Firstly, combined with the establishment of the detection scheme gives the detection principle, the hardware design, the software design and implementation. Secondly, according to the illumination problem in the experiment and construction site, the data acquisition device is realized that can get high quality image of the aggregate. And give full consideration to the construction site of the uncontrollable factors, the acquisition equipment is protected by monitoring effectively. At the same time, according to the plurality of image source synchronous acquisition of the image data, calculation and analysis, based on multi thread synchronization scheme design the testing process of software, so as to improve the reliability of the detection performance and the accuracy of the data. In this paper, the architecture of software system is implemented and designed, and the interface and the background logic system and the realization of database access interface are separated by using the MVC design pattern, so that the coupling of each module of the system is low, easy to maintain and debug. Then the use of.NET development platform and SQL Server 2008 to implement the each function module of software and the data storage. Finally, the reliability and accuracy of the system are verified by the correlation analysis between the test data and the design gradation.
