With the development of computer technology, as the traditional logistics technology, transportation scheduling has got a new meaning. Building a good transportation scheduling system in the process of logistics can achieve rational allocation of resources and staffing, cars, transport process control, cost, and realize fast communication. By means of overall optimization and support for the whole logistics system, efficiency of the enterprise and the comprehensive can be improved. Jiangsu Telecom Center warehouse is the center of Jiangsu Telecom logistics warehouse, undertaking the telecommunications materials warehousing and distribution. Now, the company has a great volume of business, but the management style is still quite traditional, and there is some insufficient in the path planning, cargo stowage and cost planning calculation, which brought about hindrance for development of the enterprise. So the Jiangsu Telecom center want to build a software system for transport scheduling, and this is also the point and practical significance of study in this thesis.In this thesis, we take a lot of study on transportation scheduling work of Jiangsu Telecom Center, expecting to develop a transportation dispatching management information system based on B/S structure. The system function modules include: basic information query, transportation scheduling, billing management and document query management. The system can complete the vehicle scheduling and cargo, freight transport documents, statistics and accounting management work. The main technologies used in the software development process are the MVC framework and UML technology. The first chapter and second chapter introduce the background of the topic and technology. The third chapter analyzes the system requirements, including functional analysis and non functional requirements. The fourth chapter uses UML technology to design the system in detail, including the static structure and dynamic behavior of the system, the system database design as well as the system configuration and realization. The fifth chapter builds the code to implement the system and gives the relevant page screenshots and conducts a comprehensive test.Through the study, we build the transport scheduling software system for Jiangsu Telecom Center warehouse. By the test, it is found that the Jiangsu Telecom transport scheduling work well, achieve the desired objectives, and make a good support to the Jiangsu Telecom, resulting a satisfactory result.
