With the rapid development of social economy, logistics has become an important part of the economic and social system.Economic and social develo pment will inevitably lead to the development of logistics and the developme nt of logistics can also promote the development of the economy and society.The operation of the socialist market economy has been inseparable from the logistics, the more developed market economies, the more important role of logistics.The level and logistics costs of logistics organizations have a direct i mpact on the economy of operation and development.Therefore, the use of co rrect scientific method for determining the distribution line, determining a plur ality of client distribution lines, is an important job in distribution activities. I t also can improve vehicle efficiency of logistics and distribution, logistics an d distribution to achieve an important way scientific.The task of this subject is to develop a software service(subsystem) of logistics transport and scheduling system. This service contains transportation dispatcher management, vehicles management, transportation scheduling and transportation route optimization. All of this service has practical meaning to improve vehicles efficiency and legalize the logistics distribution informationiz e.The author applied object-oriented programming thinking and UML to an alysis and designs the transportation and scheduling management service, whi ch based on the studying software engineering, MVC development framewor k and JAVA programming language. Applied Struts2 as control layer to inter cept users requests and Hibernate as persistence layer to store system informa tion and Spring to provide a unified affairs management. Applied Google Ma p and open-source path algorithm to optimize vehicles route. Eventually, dev eloped transportation and scheduling management service in Intelli J IDEA. T he main section of this service include maintain dispatcher information, mai ntain vehicles information, search vehicles, compute vehicles route in Goog le Map, query cargo information, cargo classification, cargo distribution a nd scheduling, etc..
