In the.NET environment, the system uses the C# language development and implementation, and its backstage database design by SQL Server2008. The system provides users with a simple and efficient operating environment, but also detailed divides the database and provides different rights for different users, ensures the safety of users and business information.This paper firstly analyzes the background and significance of the logistics management system and its development status at home and abroad, based on the idea of B/S mode to requirements analyze logistics management system analyzes system business process, modular designs the system, emphasis introduces key features of the system, mainly include competence design, warehouse management, order management, purchasing management, transportation management and other functions, and detailed analyzes the transport sector distribution scheduling optimization problem, gets the optimal plan under the time window constraints and other factors.
