Design And Implementation Of Warehouse Logistics Management System For Communication Terminal Industry

In recent years,as China’s economy and the rapid development of e-commerce market matures,is responsible for supporting the entity flow behind the enterprise management requirements of logistics information,logistics problems become one of the important bottleneck of the development of most enterprises.As the communication terminal industry increasingly fierce competition,the traditional pattern of logistics outsourcing is not very good warehousing low efficiency and high cost problems,needs to establish efficient logistics management system,the logistics business informatization,standardize the logistics business process,improve the management of fine degrees.This thesis studies the design and implementation of the logistics management system for the communication terminal.The main tasks are as follows:First introduced the terminal product life cycle theory,and the characteristics of the business management,as well as B2 B,B2C business management features,storage and transportation,analyzes the key technology of system used to include.The.net framework,Oracle database and ADO.NET database access technology,Silverlight,etc.Secondly,on the basis of considering stability and expansibility,the overall architecture of the logistics management system is given,according to the logic into the data layer,application layer and presentation layer,and on the basis of business process,system module design are given,including order management,warehouse management,transportation management and cost management of four function modules,and has carried on the detailed design and implementation.For inventory planning logic,according to the goods and goods attribute specifies that all strategy automatically,reduce scattered goods storage,improve the utilization rate,location reduces the age of library,realize the inventory first in first out.Pick match against physical jian with logic,according to merge or split orders,such as area on the wave time picking instructions and monitor,pick with support for a variety of strategies,pick with shipping route planning,enhance the outbound efficiency.Using Microsoft Silverlight technology to achieve cross-browser compatibility and improve the efficiency of the front-end complex interaction,enhanced the user experience.Finally,the system function test and application analysis,the system has been in the company headquarters and its subordinate forty-four put into use in the warehouse,since running stability,achieved the expected design goal.Through order and warehouse process engine,the system can classify and merge the logistics instruction reasonably,and decompose the warehouse operation.Generate transport plan by means of transport scheduling engine,accurate management of route,vehicle and personnel;Provide real-time tracking information to help managers to analyze logistics limitation.
