Research On Information System Of Stereoscopic Warehouse Based On Modern Logistics

Automated stereoscopic warehouse and its peripheral facilities which are rapid development are one of the important compositive parts in modern logistics system. Automated stereoscopic warehouse has many virtues including of saving glebe, alleviating laboring intensity, enhancing automated storage level and management level, improving the diathesis of managers and operators, debasing the outage, reducing the overstocking of flowing capital, enhancing logistics efficiency and so on.But during the practical use, stereoscopic warehouse and its peripheral facilities do not form a complete unit. They are used locally automated and separately. There is no real-time information exchanging between stereoscopic warehouse and its peripheral facilities and formed automatization isolated island and information isolated island. As a result, the logistics economic value of stereoscopic warehouse and its peripheral facilities do not appear.It is proved by practice that logistics information system based on logistics technologies can resolve information isolated island problem of stereoscopic warehouse. Logistics information system can be used in daily management and controlling of stereoscopic warehouse. This thesis includes four parts.(1) The thesis introduces some logistics information technologies including of code bar, radio frequency identification etc. which are used in development and design of logistics information system. It also introduces the applications of code bar and radio frequency identification in logistics tasks.(2) The thesis explains the method of resolving information isolated island problem during the application of stereoscopic warehouse. The method is integration between stereoscopic warehouse system and logistics information system. It introduces the appraised method of logistics information system, too.(3) The thesis demonstrates the application of bar code in stereoscopic warehouse logistics information system taking stereoscopic warehouse entry and shipping tasks management system as an example.(4) The thesis solves the application of logistics technology, computer controlling and management technologies in stereoscopic warehouse stock tasks information system offerring the development and design of stereoscopic warehouse logistics information system of M corporation as an example.
