With the accelerated process of economic globalization and modern logistics on therecognition of the importance of economic development, China’s logistics industry is ina period of rapid development. China National Petroleum Corporation, as the oilindustry’s leading enterprises, has been fully aware of the modern logistics informationmanagement in a huge role in economic development, and that "the development ofmodern logistics enterprise reform is the only way to transport oil."From the logistics industry point of view, in recent years, relative to foreignlogistics industry perspective, the rapid development of the domestic logistics, butlogistics business to meet the overall needs of the application system is not yet ripe;networked, integrated applications is still very weak; logistics system is missing one canaccelerate logistics information flow, information sharing, help regulate business,provide information for decision making leading integrated application system.In this thesis, Daqing Petroleum transportation enterprise scheduling difficulties,inefficient status quo, a detailed analysis of the company’s business, expand the "oiltransportation scheduling integrated management platform" construction research. In thefull study of the key elements required for implementation of the project, based on thecombination of the current Daqing oil transportation company’s business model, thefunctional subsystem has been divided. BPR-based theory of multi-Agent system model,and uses C/S structure, data warehouse technology to solve the oil transportationbusiness information flow and exchange of a variety of complex problems, make theexisting transport more standardized and efficient.The system now has put into trial operation, the results show that the systemperformance is good, reliable, easy to use, improve the efficiency of oil transportationscheduling, resources are used efficiently to achieve the desired effect.
