Design And Implementation Of University Financial Management Information System Based On .NET

With a rapid development of universities in China,there is a continuous increasing workload in University finance business and fund settlements.Traditional university fin ancial accounting and management mode cannot meet the requirement of modern univer sity financial management.In fact,most of the financial software used in universities no w is single module which is lack of generality and is expensive to upgrade.This kind of software is difficult to be applied in various pre-settlement control requirements.Theref ore,an advanced establishment of Financial Management Information System which all ows financial budget,revenue and expenditure run in real time is needed urgently to ens ure university financial management works in a more efficient way.This thesis mainly focuses on the design of financial management system accordin g to the real needs of Jiujiang University through the analyzing of Jiujiang University fi nancial workflow based on Browser/Server structure architecture model and takes C-Sh arp as the programming language and.net as a framework.A center database was set up under careful analysis of the data relations to improve the sharing of campus data and in formation resource in Jiujiang University.Based on the current situation of the financial management of Jiujiang Univeristy,a main module of this system was designed with co vering of the administration of clients' accounts,tuition and wage,budget and balance.Meanwhile,a systematic analysis has been made according to the function and initialize d design of each module and database.According to the regulations of Jiujiang University financial management,a financ ial management information system was designed to meet the needs of Budgeting,tuitio n revenue,income and expenditure,payroll of Jiujiang University which aims to providi ng a better service to students,faculty and staff of Jiujiang University.Moreover,more detailed financial data information could be provided to government finance.Through t he application of this system,a better management of budget,income and payroll may b e performed to achieve a more efficient utilization of funds.
