Design And Implementation Of Training Information Management System For Teacher Development Center In Guangdong University Of Foreign Studies

At present,in the teachers development center of some colleges and universities,the work of teachers' continuing education and training has been increasing,but now some school staff are still using artificial way to manage the daily training and certificate registration work,the inefficient duplication of work brought heavy pressure to work staff also affected the unit efficiency and image.Therefore,it is imperative to use the information technology to solve the problem of the efficiency of the training management of the teachers' training centers.According to the actual situation of the unit(Guangdong University of Foreign Studies)Center for faculty development,analysis of the business characteristics and business needs of the daily training management work of this unit,a set of training management business processes,using the hardware and software technology,based on digital campus platform,training management system design and implementation of a suitable the center for faculty development work.The main research work of this thesis is as follows :1.I conduct a more in-depth analysis and research on the current popular computer platform development tools and database technology,use the UML unified modeling language to analyze the service characteristics of my university's training work,and establish a set of process about training management;2.I put forward the overall design scheme of the training management system of the teacher training center,and the overall functional framework of the whole training management system;3.I followed the gradual and step-by-step implementation of the thought,and followed each stage of life cycle of software systems,used the mature Codeigniter framework and MySQL database technology,designed and implemented the functional modules of the training management system of the teacher development center of my university,and carried out experimental tests and analysis.The training management system designed by the author mainly includes the training course,the restriction of the registration rules,the management of the registration information and the effective issuance of the certificate.The application proved that at present,after the training management system is put into use,can meet the needs of teacher development training center management,teacher development center staff can be liberated from the repetition and onerous registration and statistical work,into the curriculum development work more efficiently,it improves the efficiency of training work,get the majority of teachers and students.
