Electric power communication network is a special communication network laid down by the State Grid Corporation.It is an important guarantee for the safe production of electric power system and all kinds of electric power information service platform.Therefore,the electric power communication network has high reliability requirements,heavy equipment maintenance task,and large safe operation of the network.In order to improve the reliability of electric power communication network,we need regular maintenance work of network equipment,thus to prevent the fault occurrence of the network equipment,and to avoid paralysis of the electric power communication network caused by the equipment failure,make sure of the stable operation of the electric power system stable.Based on the telecommunication management system of the electric power communication transmission network,the maintenance management module of the telecommunication management system of the electric power communication network will be designed and implemented in this paper.This module mainly analyzes the impact of the maintenance operation of electric power communication network equipment on the current carrying business load,and generates feasible maintenance protocols based on the analysis results;finally,in order to reduce the workload of personnel of network operation and maintenance,recognizes the invalid redundant alarm information generated during the execution of a maintenance operation.The module is divided into three sub modules,respectively the maintenance impact analysis,the maintenance protocol generation and the maintenance alarm recognition.The maintenance impact analysis sub module can complete the analysis of multiple maintenance lists from different applicants in the same time,which overcome's the shortage of traditional maintenance analysis that only analyses a single maintenance list at one time.Maintenance protocol generation sub module is according to the results of impact analysis,using the breadth first search algorithm to provide a alternate route or logical channel and other emergency protocols for the demaged or interrupted business by the maintenance operation,in order to ensure the regular operation of all kinds of communication business.Maintenance alarm recognition sub module is according to the time window analysis of maintenance operation to identify the alarm information caused by the maintenance operation,and then displayed in alarm operation center in separated ways.In this paper,started with the introduction of the research background and related technology of the maintenance management of electric power communication network.After that,described demand analysis in according to the software development process.Then designed the sub module function in detail.Finally,based on the detailed design,completed the implementation of each sub module.At the end of this paper,summarized the completed work and existing problems needed to improve.
