Simultaneously, it is developing from single, small system application to large, network application system.The development of computer and network technology brings a new demand on enterprise's informatization. The core of electric enterprise informatization is the exploiture of information resource which is composed of two parts: production process automatization and management informatization. The system described in my paper is just within the range of management informatization, it uses Web, ASP, network, Visual Basic and Database technology to complete planning maintenance data's web apply, review and dynamic query functions of electric enterprises.The establishment of this system solves the problem that working people beat up and down when they apply month plan at each month, saves large manpower, material and financial resources for each apply units, avoids the occurrence of phenomena that the application plan can not be sent out on schedule and the reviewed plan can not be returned in time, which will be certainly affect working schedule due to weather, traffic and other factors. The implementation of this system increases the whole planning maintenance running efficiency, promotes our company's office automatization level, reduces labor pressure of maintenance professional in some degree and ensures the successful completion of maintenance planning. So it is undoubtedly helpful for the safe, stable, economic and reliable running of the whole power grid apply.
