This paper is based on relating to theories of electronic and communication engineering,combining the knowledge and management methods of software engineering. Describing thedesign and implementation process of the power grid communication equipment condition-based maintenance systems.This paper briefly introduces the development status of condition-based maintenance,power grid communication private network. This paper discusses the necessity ofcommunication equipment state maintenance in Guangzhou power grid communication network.The author studied the two necessary technical problems to realize the communicationequipment condition-based maintenance. The first is the use of equipment maintenanceexperience, through the analysis and interpretation of the state to evaluate a set ofcommunication equipment model, of which two kinds of equipment for the complete modeling;and then combined with the characteristics of various data acquisition, study the suitableequipment condition-based maintenance model traditional data processing.Through the research, combined with information system, can realize the operation strategyof communication equipment condition-based maintenance. After a detailed software design forthe development and deployment, the results show that during the test, can effectively optimizethe maintenance operation and maintenance strategy of the system, reduce the workload of staffof about15%. Finally, the author put forward the sustainable development of the system, forcondition based maintenance in power grid communication private network communicationequipment maintenance and provides ideas.
