Design And Implementation Of Material Management System For Manufacturing Enterprise Based On.NET

Information construction has become the main trend in today’s global economic and social development, and more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the development opportunities and challenges that are brought to the enterprise by information technology. Facing the new situation of the transformation construction of the air force, the new development of weapons and equipment, and the new changes of equipment repair work, "three rectification" campaign of the air force aviation repair system puts forward higher requirement to the aviation repair enterprise informalization. In order to adapt to the new needs, it is necessary to carry on the second development based on the original system to solve the problems in the old version of material management information system. It has an important significance for army to strengthen material management and enhance the comprehensive support capability.This paper analyzes the problems of the original material management information system for manufacturing enterprises, makes requirement analysis and system design of new material management information system according to the new requirements in the new situation and the characteristics of manufacturing enterprise, and implemented the management information system based on B/S by using.Net technology. The specific work includes the followings.(1) To study the existing problems of material management information system of manufacturing enterprises, and put forward second development plan of this system according to the new requirements of the new situation;(2) To research on agile software development methods and its difference from the traditional software development method, and adapt the methods of agile software into the development of this project.(3) Aiming second times development goals of material management system, to carry on the demand analysis of the new material management information system and design and implement it;(4) To implement of the new material management system using.net technology and testing it according to testing process.Based on B/S architecture, the system adopts Microsoft Visual Studio.NET as the core platform of development and application, uses SQL SERVER as database development platform, employs IIS, ASP.NET and ADO.NET technology, with strong pertinence, good openness, flexibility and expansibility, and high reliability, which can meet the special requirements of enterprise security.Multi-layer system architecture model is introduced to the development of new material management information system. The multilayer architecture is the inheritance and development of the two layer model of C/S. It represents the future development direction of this system structure. The new system can help the staff more quickly and accurately obtain the data information, improve work efficiency of unit time, reduce human error, force supervision mechanism, strengthen management, block up holes in management, and enhance the ability of management for all kinds of materials fundamentally.
