The business intelligence system is widely used in the fields such as telecommunications,banking, insurance, medical, retail, government etc.Its greatest advantage is that you can getthe most accurate and timely information to help companies to gain a competitive advantage.Le Site Marketing is an entreprise which is responsible for distribution in France of hundredsof large supermarkets, chain stores, manufacturers and sales enterprise product promotions,product advertising and other outdoor data collection, analysis, research, and providesolutions to the customers.In this commercial context, Le site marketing proposed to developa new business intelligence system to provide customers with better solutions. This article isin researching and implementation in such a commercial context.At the first, the author introduces the contents and technologis of business intelligencesystems, and then designs a business intelligence system architecture. The web technologyarchitecture uses the Model-View-Controller pattern and developmentpattern. Researched anMVC pattern based--Symfony framework, and then used this framework to achieve abusiness intelligence system for data collection and show platform. Design andImplementation of continuous integration tools Jenkins analysis, and an existing open sourcesoftware tools integrated platform for agile.In order tocompatible with non-classification data in older systemto enable them using inthe new system. In this paper, the authors studied the text classification methods and introduceKNN algorithm asfairly simple and effective text classification algorithm. And thenconsideredcalculation of excessve is too large by using traditional KNN algorithm, proposed acategory-based KNN algorithm, Thereby the new KNN algorithm reduced the amount of thecalculation of the classification system and improved its efficiency and accuracy.
