Design And Implementation Of Learning System For Tax Cadres Based On J2EE

With the development of science and technology, the Internet has increasingly penetrated into our life. Under such a big background, the Internet technology, the information processing technology and the database technology are continuously improved. Using the computer advantages of high efficiency, less error and good storage performance to manage and control information can reduce the burden on the staff.China's government agencies generally need to deal with a large number of transactions,but also need to carry out the relevant knowledge learning. Under the current situation,how to quickly arrange the tax department cadres to learn and communicate is an urgent problem to be solved.The leaning system for tax cadres is a teaching management platform based on user-oriented. It adopts the advanced Web technology, uses J2EE as the background code to achieve technical support, uses Dreamweaver and Java Script as the front interface design technical support, adopts SQL Server 2008 to implement the data management of the leaning system for tax cadres, uses B/S(Browser/Server) three tier architecture model to construct the system, and designs and implements the leaning system for tax cadres. In the design and development of the system, the system runs on the Windows operating system and uses the open three layer architecture model that is B/S, which greatly simplifies the development of the whole system. The system enhances the skills of maintaining and using the system according to the actual needs of the business system,and provides task management functions, realizes the basic function of task management system and achieves more reasonable and humane effect.Based on the implementation of the system, the purpose and method of the system test are put forward, and the process of test and verification is implemented. In this system,the test run of the system is evaluated and analyzed, and the system test is carried out by the simulation test process. The realization of the system is from the whole point of view to focus on the structure of the government itself, learning management process,interpretation of departmental incorruptible policy and so on. It is not only easier to find and solve problems, but also conducive to optimizing the management process of learning.This is in line with the purpose of China's current construction of a clean sector.
