Major changes have occurred in operation and management of enterprises with the rapid development of computer and network technology. Nowadays, it is an inevitable tendency for enterprises and institutions to complete various office operations via the Internet. Higher requirements towards government information management have been raised in daily administrative management, with the increase in both kinds and amount of information, In the process of information management, issues have been revealed in terms of information gathering, processing, and distribution. The anti-corruption information publicity, as an important part of government affairs, aims to make an objective and fair assessment on the honesty of leading cadres. In this context, building anti-corruption information management system for leading cadres at users' request has its practical significance.This paper introduces the theory and technology as the basis of the system, including the development of the system, comparison and contrast between the basic framework of B/S and C/S, RBAC technology, and Ajax technology; then brings forward the information management system at users'request, and completes a system demand analysis; subsequently designs the system architecture, system roles and core functions; finally based on the above work, the system is coded based on J2EE architecture and SSH technology.The system includes commit anti-corruption information management function, anti-corruption monitor function, anti-corruption appraise management function, and so on.The paper achieve a set of J2EE-based information-gathering,information processing and information deployed on the integration management systems.
