Research And Development Of Based On Profibus Of Energy Meter Monitoring System

Energy is basic producing condition of enterprise producing and operation, and whether energy system healthy, stable, and effective or not will directly affect production quality and enterprise economic benefits. As national 12th Five-Year Plan outline has proposed that gross domestic product energy consumption must decrease about 16%, and main contamination emission must decrease 17% during the period of 12th. The realization situation of energy-saving & consumption decreasing indication, degree of decreasing environment contamination will get widely attention for nation and people. How to optimize energy consumption process, and decrease contamination emission indication are main issues for enterprise, and consumption-decreasing must monitor process of energy consumption, and find optimized step and methods. It is to help enterprise to achieve goal of "energy-saving, emission-decreasing", and this article will propose research and development of based on profibus of energy meter monitoring system, and this will realize collection, analysis, feedback, and optimization of water, electricity, wind, and gas. This article will mainly focus on following aspects:(1) It is to propose coordinator design structure based on hardware configuration technology, configuration platform technology, SOA technology and visual display technology.This structure is based on hardware structure technology, and it can realize hardware modularization design, and solve issue of re-supporting; Using configuration platform technology, visual displaying technology to generate software re-structure for different enterprise manager and different using habit. Based on SOA technology, using system structure of oriented service to design, and establish standard service interface between software and hardware, and is suitable flexible changing of manufacturing enterprise business. Integrated running of above technology will upgrade system to structure module of oriented service, and form platform coordinator design structure, and improve design efficiency and system stability and flexibility.(2) Profibus based on RS-485 realizes multi-meter collection control planMeters which many enteiprise used are equipped with 485 communication interface, and 485 interface is also the most economic, effective communication type. This article is based on RS-485 profibus, and used AT91SAM7X256 single chip to realize group control and analysis for 8-16 set meters. It is to research that how to realize key technology in terms of reliable transmission of huge data, high effective storage, trouble recovery. Taking meter as collection target, and it is to illustrate the content in terms of hardware structure of intelligent collection terminal, hardware component principle, data analysis algorithm, outer storage circuit.(3) Communication platform design based on multi-thread, SOCKET, data-compression algorithmIt is to research multi-thread dealing algorithm, and communicate with intelligent terminal equipment. Based on self-definition communication protocol, and realize data communication with intelligent terminal. Based on TCP/IP protocol R & D to create data communication platform, and build data collection network of I thousand set meters in the whole factory. Focusing on the character of high collection frequency, huge data, and research corresponding data compression algorithm to realize high effective storage.(4) It is to create B/S structure, configuration visual displaying platformVisual displaying system which used advanced manufacturing enterprise lean producing management concept design based on ISA95 standard, automatic control technology. It is to create visual displaying platform in terms of graph, and table. It is to build internet data analysis system based on.NET development platform.(5) Testing & ApplicationFocusing on testing for intelligent terminal setting, and authenticating stability and reliability for intelligent terminal; it is to test performance for communication platform, and confirm effective possibilities for data collection storage, and system will display intuitive of platform.
