Energy consume is the controllable part of the manufacture, reducing the energy consume is an important way to reduce the cost of the enterprise. Nowdays the cost of energy is rising step by step, so the proportion of energy in the cost of the manufacture is also rising .The using efficiency of energy of Chinese enterprise is low and the energy cost of production is high, so the competitive ability of our production is weaken. The enterprise should reduce the cost of energy to survive the severe competition. With the popularization of the computer, the supervisory system of the computer is going deep in to the heart of the people. The computer disposes a great deal of data fleetly and do a lot of repeated caculation ,however much creationary work such as analyzing, estimating the results and making the decision about the results will be done by managers. This system is the main pattern of using the computer into the management of the enterprise. This paper setting out from actual problem introduces the monitoring and management system of energy sources, taking Redry factory of Honta Group for example. This paper comprises the system's design of hardware, software and the connetion of network. The part of hardware introduces the system hardware configuration and the connection of field instruments. The part of communication introduces the technology of PROFIBUS filedbus ,the system's communication structure and the realization. In the part of software it discusses the programme of WinAC ,WINCC,C# and VB6.0.The system was setted up with PROFIBUS-DP/PA filedbus, PC-Base controller WinAC of SIEMENS and intelligent instruments of E+H corporation. The controlling system gathers the message of 31 instruments, totals and displays the real-time data of energy consume of Redry equipments, inquires the data on time-range,print reports and checks the energy consume of every shift etc. The fieldbus was used into this system. The energy acquisition system is established based on PROFIBUS filedbus architecture. The WinAC was programmed with SEIMENS' STEP7.The energy consume of water, steam, compress air for every shift is calculated ,compensated and transformed with different algorithms, the program is download to memery of WinAC to calculate and story energy consume data. The real-time monitoring program is programmed with WINCC. By the vivid pictures, operators can supervise the energy consume of equipments and set archiving parameters. The real-time diagrams drawed by WinCC can help analyse the trend of energy consume. For finishing statisticing and analysing, calculating the cost better, we programmed auto/ manual archiving function in order to story the long-term data by VB6.0 and developed the management system of energy and report auto-generating system by C#.By the COM technology, we developed the VB program which can acquire the data from Wincc real-time database. The energy manage system can analyse and maintenance data of energy consume in detail, assess the energy consume of every shift. So this can improve energy management of corporation. After application of the system, administrators can monitor the real-time data of different energy consume and analyse these data.Thissystem provide administrators with the reliable data and gives an important criterion of the making use of energy sources. The distributed, multilevel and optimization system is realized. The system's practical operation in Hongta group redry factory showed that the system is reliable and accurate. It can help consumer to understand the energy consume and find the problems and settle them in time, so we can improve the using efficiency of energy better ,reduce the energy cost largely.
