| With the development and progress of society and the rapid development of computer technology, it also produces a large number of documents and information,and makes significant challenges to the development of archives management system.Because of the massive archive information, the traditional paper archives management and the outdated electronic archives management system are unable to meet today’s needs, therefore, to establish powerful electronic archives management system is particularly important for enterprise units. From all above, this paper puts forward the project named design of archives management system based on UML.The archives management system use C/S model and combine with Delphi7.0technology, and carries on the management to the backstage data using the SQL Server platform. The first chapter is mainly on the purpose and significance of the development of archives management system, its advantages and function as well as the research status at home and abroad are introduced. The second chapter mainly introduces the technology related to the system development process of application. The third chapter has carried on the analysis to the related requirements of the system, analyzed the system’s business needs, the most popular system are discussed, corresponding to the obtained functional requirements. The fourth chapter carry on the comprehensive design of the system, first construct the relevant principles and system architecture, several main function modules of the system are analyzed in detail. The fifth chapter is the main modules of the system implementation, and the related results are presented. The sixth chapter is the testing and analysis of the system, including safety test, practicability test and so on. The seventh chapter is the summary and outlook on the main work of this paper, some existing problems are summarized and the future development is prospected.The main work of this paper are as follows:1) investigation of the development status and main characteristics, defects and advantages as well as the main demand of archives management in enterprises, and has carried on the summary.2) on the basis of the actual demand and the present situation of internal enterprises,related file business process is studied and summarized, obtained this system needs tomeet the function configuration.3) functional requirements based on the results of this paper, then on the file management system design principles systematically, the research and design of each main function module in the system.4) file management system platform build applied in enterprises, to various types of enterprises within the archive management and utilization, and can let the operator conveniently related operations.Archives management system designed in this paper, with the archives collection,sorting, cataloguing, retrieval, classification, statistics and other functions, but also destroyed the auxiliary management and appraisal, can satisfy the different operators use demand. In addition, it can also carry out the related management of electronic map and blueprint, realize the online reading, download and print the electronic text archive,to meet the demand of archival departments. The software system developed in this paper are put to test using in some enterprises and schools, and have achieved good results, the system in the actual operation process, simple and easy to use, required less resources, strong stability, security is also very high, get identity of enterprise and school. |
