With the development of society, living area expansion, large living facilities such as large supermarket chains have penetrated into the life. These large life supermarket provide commercial services for us, at the same time we have a highly efficient management platform to support the daily operation. When we face to a large number of transactions every day, we need a highly efficient coordination office system, it can promote work efficiency, reduce operating costs, increasing the competitiveness of the market.OA is base on computer, network, information, it can provide communication, sharing, collaboration, convenient, efficient management, reduce costs, improve efficiency for us. Coordination office platform is actually a collaborative application platform and running&maintance platform, at the same time it can provide collaborative tools and collaborative services engine.Based on the investigation and analysis of user requiement, proposes a Struts framework applied to the large chain supermarket management system. The first part explains the principle of system design, the second part of the feasibility analysis and requiement analysis, details for research. Based on the design of part3, it gave the whole detail of each module design. In part4-of fuction realization, it shows the detail of product, and the last one is system database design, Elaborate stored procedure and E-R modual.
