Secondly, according to thecharacteristics of the actual needs of the development unit and the business logicthrough applying the framework integration technology of Struts, Hibemate, and Springcombined with J2EE architecture, it designs the platform in detail. The platformincludes a six functional modules: personal affairs functions, document handlingfunctions, information exchange functions, system management functions, documentmanagement functions, and the functions of human resources and the management ofpublic affairs.These six modules can play an important role of improving officeefficiency in personal user logining office desktop, instant messaging exchanges ofrelevant official information, personalized system configuration, and so on. Finally,through testing the functionality and performance of NCET coordination office platform,and analyzing and evaluating the test results, the main function of the design and implementation of the platform meets the functional requirement, The platform ismainly used in Educational Technology Cooperative Office in urban counties (regionsand municipalities), to facilitate the timely flow of documents withtransmission.Through the use of collaborative office platform, it makes the city andcounty levels’ collaboration closer, and reduces intermediate links, greatly improvingthe efficiency of the visual system of the city and county levels.
