With the deepening of economic reform, SME or private sector increasingly high proportion in the national economy, its economic influence is constantly enhanced, with a wide range in terms of geographical distribution and industry span. At the same time, computer technology and network technology to promote the process of global economic integration, making the competition between enterprises is no longer limited scope of time and space, thus increasing the level of competition of enterprises. Information needed supplies and commodities procurement and management of the enterprise, its operation in order to enhance their efficiency and competitiveness, and on the need for effective control in supply chain management.Enterprise logistics management is an important part of e-commerce, its production resources to achieve effective integration of business management and link control. Through the supply chain information between the enterprise or enterprises to deal effectively, to solve the internal decision support, resource sharing and information processing many problems. Create a system capable of handling all aspects of the supply chain for effective coverage of the enterprise in the production of accounts carried out to improve the efficiency and effectiveness while, enhance corporate department of chemical and modernization as well as network management.This paper is to study logistics management system is a full analysis of the current use of the system in the presence of defects on the basis of the main application object systems are SMEs, technology is used to achieve VS.NET framework technology, the work includes:(1) Analyze the current application status of supply chain management systems, inadequate and specific needs exist, and to study the main VS.NET framework technology;(2) In the analysis of enterprise logistics management on the basis of actual functional requirements, the system’s feasibility analysis, and to establish the functional requirements of the object model;(3) Design from the overall design and detailed design of the two aspects of the system’s main function model for key modules to complete its activity model and data model design;(4) The application of technology to achieve process VS.NET framework of e-commerce supply chain management system, covering the main business functions of the system and improve the scalability of the system.Logistics management system through rigorous testing and deployment of the implementation, and now has been used in some small and medium enterprises; the system can be a good deal of supply chain management process business needs. The system has good and friendly user interface features tips. Through the application of the system, not only can improve the efficiency of the business, and can provide a reference for the study of other enterprise logistics management.
