With the development of embedded computing technology and Internet technology, the sustained and stable economic growth, purchasing power continuously improve, people on the quality of home life safety, convenience and comfort put forward higher requirements. Since 1984 American built the world’s first intelligent buildings,to meet the needs of modern information society and the internationalization of the economy, intelligent building has developed alot with the development of computer technology, communication technology and control technology and mutual penetration, sustainable development. In the development process of intelligent Home Furnishing technology, will be the community family unit connected to each individual as a intelligent integral is a striking trend. There are two points: first, the benefits of doing so will be intelligent communication between the user and the community, then provides a more convenient user interface and easy to use. Community server is the core role in the process of integration of the family unit, intelligent controller and each family needs to communicate, while browsing the service to provide users with web.The issue of the community server uses JavaEE technology. JavaEE technology has a good robustness, security and efficiency, because of its rich framework is widely used for web development. The topic will be the use of Struts, Spring, Hibernate framework and the related development, in order to improve the development efficiency. The thesis introduces the technical characteristics of these kinds of frame. One of the key content of this study is using XMPP protocol to realize intelligent handheld devices to the user push message server. The XMPP protocol is developed by Jabber open source community and extensible markup language stream protocol a protocol based on formal organized by IETF. The XMPP protocol allows two entities on the network between the sending XML elements, and in the XML stream protocol layer for authorization and tunnel encryption. Although can realize the peer-to-peer communication using XMPP protocol, however, a typical XMPP application is based on the CS structure, this project is using communication based on the CS architecture to implement the XMPP protocol. In the community server to establish a protocol based on XMPP client, the establishment of a XMPP protocol based on server in each family intelligent control center. Administrators need to users push message, from server to client, send a message, thus completing the push.Through the above technologies, this thesis achieves the following basic functions: administrator management, community server administrator account manage users. News management, administrators can release news, and has released news modify and delete. Message management, users can leave a message on the website, and the administrator can manage the message. Push messages to the user management, the administrator can intelligent control center push message. The next step system will also increase the administrator more functions, and optimize the system increases the maximum concurrent access capacity.
