| In the 21 st century, with the economic and social development of China’s rapid growth, companies and institutions have purchased a large number of units of fixed assets, which involves a variety of complex classification, higher requirements have been also put forward to business and management units, how to improve management efficiency and intelligence of a fixed asset is the industry’s urgent need to solve the major problems. In the previous fixed asset management process,management of fixed assets is mainly used manually, it is inefficient,labor-intensive, low accuracy and timeliness poor. Barcode type asset management system has advantages like high efficiency, high speed and high degree of information, but its information collection means is still backward. Although RFID system realize wireless collection, multiple target recognition and data remote transmission, but it is still short of active management and the intelligent degree is low.Based on the Internet of things, this project is about a new generation of fixed asset management tag which will integrate active sense function. The tags are matched with access terminal which can process data and alarm. The tags should be fixed in the assets, the main functions are identity, position change active sensing and monitoring, wireless data transmission. Data is uploaded to service center through the wireless network.The tag of fixed assets management of the Internet of things has abandoned the stale data acquisition method, and through information systems it can achieve the fixed assets register and monitor its entire life cycle, reach a reasonable allocation of fixed assets, ensure that the fixed assets are used effectively, simplify the management process, ensure the integrity of the data while being able to enhance the level of fixed asset management based on statistical analysis of the results and saving a lot of manpower and material resources. |
